Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no, we only ship within the US at this time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14 day, no questions asked return policy for all unopened and unused products.
We do not accept returns on used products except in the case of manufacturer defect. If you think you have received a defective toy, please contact us immediately. We can only accept this type of return for 30 days following your date of receipt.

Can I change my order?
If your order status is unshipped, we may be able to edit your order. Please contact customer support immediately here. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation or edits to your order after it has been placed.
How do you use my information?
We basically do nothing with it. Honestly; unless you join our fucking awesome mailing list the only reason we need any information from you is to send you the shit you bought and to help you with order issues.

Our own families don’t even know where we work.
